Update ON Wine

Checked the wine today and the fermentation process has started , we have small constant bubbles starting to flow through the air locks . Now we have to wait till the fermentation has finished in about 7 to 10 days

Brewing Wine And Beer

Tonight i started my first wines

Beaverdale Chablis Blush... 4.5 Litres
Beaverdale Pinot Grigio..... 4.5 Litres

Starting Gravity 1078

Munton"s Gold Continental Pils x 22 Litres(4.1%)
